Sedgemoor Place is a luxurious double storey house built on the hillside overlooking Camps Bay. With spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the 12 Apostle mountain range, this three bedroom property offers a hassle-free holiday experience.

The spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces are ideal for entertaining and casual living. The exclusive balcony seems to soar high above Camps Bay and there is little to rival sitting in the jaccuzi and sipping cocktails as the sun goes down.

Clean design creates a sense of tranquillity while African artwork and Oriental artefacts add a bit of warmth and personality.

An attractive sky-lit staircase leads up to the spacious open-plan living area with the lounge, dining, bar and kitchen areas sharing great panoramic views. The main bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is on the same level and also leads out to the large balcony.

The lower level houses the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms which both have en-suite bathrooms and open onto a balcony with clear mountain and sea views.
