Bordering on Glen Beach, a small enclave between Camps Bay and Clifton, the exquisite Glen Beach Bungalow represents the ultimate in beach-side living. This charming cottage has been designed to incorporate its spectacular surroundings, with the interior featuring a stylish combination of rough sandstone, smooth pebbles and sun-bleached driftwood. This sense of uninterrupted indoor-outdoor flow is emphasized by large glass doors opening from the living area onto the outdoor patio, which serve to maximize the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean stretching toward the horizon. These doors fold back completely, so that during the summer season the house is filled with golden sunlight and fresh sea air, bringing with it the salty tang of the sea. During the colder winter season, one can experience the equally enjoyable sensation of curling up in front of a roaring fire while watching the waves crashing just beyond the doorstep.

Glen Beach Bungalow has four spacious bedrooms, each of which has been decorated in a unique and personal style, with great attention paid to the smallest of details. The master bedroom is located on the bottom floor of the property, while the other three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, together with the living area and the kitchen. The expansive living area is open-plan and opens onto a patio with a swimming pool, from where one can step directly onto the beach.

Glen Beach itself is one of Cape Town's most beautiful and best-kept secrets, and is favored by the locals for its privacy and peacefulness, and by the surfers for its gently rolling waves. From here it is a 2 minute stroll to the larger and more publicised Camps Bay beach, which features a row of restaurants and cafes where one can enjoy a light lunch or an evening cocktail.

Situated on the top floor of the Glen Beach Cottage property is a 2-bedroom penthouse with its own separate entrance and swimming pool. This can be hired together with the bungalow to create a 6-bedroom accommodation if necessary. This is therefore the ideal property for two families or a group of friends who would like a stylish and comfortable home base from which to venture out and explore the sights that the Mother City has to offer.
