Clifton Eyrie is a serene luxury holiday home perched high on the cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean with sweeping views across the picture-perfect Clifton beaches. This comfortable villa tastefully fuses African and Italian style decor and features polished dark wooden floors, crisp white walls, Italian fittings and ornate African artwork. The generous living spaces cleverly incorporate the natural rock formations into the walls and are designed to optimise the sea views as large glass doors open onto the surrounding patios and outdoor spaces.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area is open plan, opening onto a wide slate-tiled terrace overlooking the sea. There is a small adjoining study with internet access and a work space. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining and self-catering and well equipped with modern appliances. There is also a small breakfast space and separate laundry room.
Below the house, an extraordinary wine cellar has been built into the rock walls. This area is cool and tranquil with beautiful sea views, a great spot for that little night-cap at the end of the day.
To keep the body active there are two small pools overlooking the sea. There is comfortable outdoor furniture on the wide terrace with superb Atlantic views.
There are two double bedrooms with sea views and a small internal bedroom which could be used for 2 children leading off the second bedroom.
