Being set in the heart of Camps Bay, all the amenities of village life are just around the corner.

Completely enclosed by timber-screened walling with lawns and massed perimeter planting of lavender, bougainvillea, jasmine and roses. Several trees - frangipani, hibiscus, lemon - but dominated by very large Persian Lilac. Large verandah ends in 7 x 2.6 metre cobalt blue swimming pool. Magnificent views of mountains on two sides. |
