Bedrooms (2)
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom admittedly does not have much of a view, but this is more than compensated for by the high ceilings, soft carpeting, great lighting and tasteful finishes. This room is furnished in cream and dark timber, with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, a safe, a large plasma television and a dressing table. The bathroom and toilet are open plan to the room (i.e. they are not screened from the bedroom)
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a lovely mountain view and a compact en-suite bathroom. It usually contains twin single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed on request. It is also equipped with a hairdryer and a small, slim television.

This bathroom, which is integral to the master bedroom, is extremely spacious, light and airy. It contains a large shower, a separate bath, a toilet and a basin.

Other Rooms
The open-plan living area, consisting of the lounge, dining area and kitchen, is professionally decorated in contemporary colonial style. The lounge is furnished with soft, buttery suede couches and a dark timber coffee table. Its amenities include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a plasma television with partial satellite viewing, a DVD player and, of course, that fabulous sea view.
The dining area, which is situated between the lounge and the kitchen, has a 6-seater dark timber table with comfortable upholstered chairs. The entire living area has a stone-coloured tiled floor, and opens onto the balcony through sliding glass doors.
Kitchen
This galley-style kitchen in The Sunset Apartment is small and simple (well suited to minimal fuss meals rather than culinary extravaganzas), but it contains all the appliances required by the average cook including fridge/freezer, oven/microwave combo, stove, toaster and kettle.
Outside
The wooden deck is equipped with a gas barbeque, a 6-seater teak table and two teak sun loungers.
