Bedroom 1

Located on the upper level of the house, the extremely spacious master bedroom, which is decorated in shades of aqua blue and cool creams, has a sense of overwhelming tranquility and peace. It features a king size bed, a plush, cream fitted carpet, a plasma television and sliding glass doors which open completely onto a teak deck from which spectacular sea views can be enjoyed. The bathroom is en-suite and there is a separate dressing area with walk-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom, which is known as the lilac room, is decorated in shades of lavender and stone grey, and features sea views equally as superb as those viewed from the master bedroom. It is furnished with a king size bed, soft fitted carpet, a separate walk-in wardrobe and a plasma television, and it opens through sliding glass doors onto a teak deck. The bathroom is en-suite.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house to the first two, and as a result looks out onto the majestic Twelve Apostles mountain range. Decorated in soft gold and rich maroon, this room features two single beds, a luxurious cream carpet, built-in wardrobes a plasma television and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4

Located on the bottom floor of the villa, this luxurious bedroom faces the sea and is furnished with a king-size bed, a soft fitted carpet, a plasma television and spacious walk-in wardrobes. The bathroom is en-suite.

Bedroom 5

Very similar in design to bedroom 4, this room also has gorgeous sea views, a king-size bed, a fitted carpet, a plasma television, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1

This bathroom, which is en-suite to the master bedroom, features travertine marble floor and wall tiles, a generous bath, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and bidet, and infinity mirrors. The shower opens out onto a timber deck from where unparalleled views of the Atlantic ocean can be enjoyed, giving one the sense of being on the deck of a luxurious boat.

Bathroom 2

En-suite to the second bedroom, this bathroom is decorated in a stunning Bali style, with an ornate, carved timber headboard providing a striking backdrop to the spacious bath and dark marble countertops and polished marble floor. The bathroom also features a walk-in shower and a separate toilet and bidet.

Bathroom 3

This bathroom, which is en-suite to the third bedroom, is filled with sunlight and fresh air and features travertine floor and wall tiles, a spacious bath and shower, a separate toilet and bidet and a marble vanity.

Bathroom 4

En-suite to bedroom 4, this spacious bathroom features a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and basin.

Bathroom 5

This bathroom, which is en-suite to bedroom 5, contains a bath, shower, toilet, basin and vanity.

Guest Bathroom

There are three spacious guest bathrooms - one on each level - each containing a toilet and a basin.

Other Rooms

The expansive, open-plan living area, which is located on the ground level of the villa, is surrounded by tall glass doors, through which magnificent views of the ocean can be enjoyed. These sliding doors open completely onto a wide timber deck, creating a wonderful sense of indoor-outdoor flow. The dining area features a round glass-topped dining table surrounded by eight chic upholstered chairs. The lounge, which is adjacent and open-plan to the dining area is decorated in shades of soothing turquoise and muted stone and is furnished with a suede L-shaped couch, two suede armchairs, and a loose carpet atop the polished timber floorboards.

Also located on the ground level of the villa is a separate entertainment room, featuring a massive flat-screen plasma television with a vast selection of DVDs and CDs. This cozy room, which is decorated in hues of ruby red and pale ochre, is furnished with a huge L-shaped couch, a soft loose carpet and a fireplace set in the wall, making it the ideal place to curl up and enjoy a movie on a chilly evening.

Situated next door to the entertainment room is a ladies' study, where one can sit and listen to music, read a book, or do some work. Along one side of the room is a long pale turquoise divan, while the other side features a desk and several rows of bookshelves. The room opens through sliding doors onto the deck, and the resulting combination of stunning sea views and soothing aqua decor creates an overwhelming sense of tranquility.

Kitchen

The magnificent kitchen displays a stylish and chic combination of polished timber floorboards, glass-fronted cabinets, Caesar-stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a stove, two ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and generous cupboard space. The fridge and shelves are fully stocked and continually replenished with mouthwatering delicacies from the very best gourmet stores that Cape Town has to offer.

Outside

On the ground level, the spacious living area opens completely through sliding glass doors onto a wraparound timber deck, from which glorious panoramic views of the expansive Atlantic ocean can be enjoyed. The deck has a fully furnished outdoor sitting area, complete with several wicker sofas and armchairs where one can sit and sip on a sundowner or read a book, and a dining area with a 6-seater teak table. Perched right on the edge of the deck overlooking the sea is a gorgeous, crystal-clear swimming pool beside which are a couple of sun loungers, providing the perfect place to engage in a bit of sun-worshipping on a balmy summer day.

On the bottom level, the spa opens onto a timber deck, in the centre of which is another massive swimming pool surrounded by four sun loungers.
