What to do?

Then there is also Table Mountain – the iconic landmark of the city of Cape Town. Visitors can either take the cable car to the top for views of the city, the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. Alternatively, one can hike up from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, which in itself is a city attraction to visit.

Driving along Chapman’s Peak will take you from the bustling village of Hout Bay to Noordhoek on the other side of the mountain and provide endless photographic opportunities. This road also takes you through charming villages like Simon’s Town, Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek where you will find a completely different atmosphere to the Atlantic Seaboard.
