The lower level is an open plan dining and living area which leads onto the large balcony with uninterrupted sea views, a swimming pool and outdoor seating. The well equipped kitchen is towards the back of this level and leads off of the dining area. There is also a guest toilet.

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms all air conditioned. The master bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and seating. The en-suite bedroom is open plan (with an enclosed toilet). Bedrooms 2 & 3 are smaller, have mountain views and share a bathroom.

Due to the close proximity of this apartment to the neighbours, this apartment doesn’t allow any parties.

This apartment is also equipped with battery backups so you won’t be without light or entertainment during periods of load shedding (rolling blackouts) which happen from time to time in South Africa. The backup batteries power all lights and most plugs in the property, as well as WiFi, so most entertainment options work. There is also a gas BBQ/braai on the patio, so cooking is no problem at all.
