It comes with its own small swimming pool and sun loungers on the wooden deck, which steps directly onto the sand of the beach.

17 Geneva Upper
This one-bedroom penthouse is located in Camps Bay. It is the largest of the three luxury self-catering holiday apartments in the same building. The spacious living room opens up onto a protected wooden balcony, which can be partially closed off by shutters. The balcony has a large dining room table as well as a daybed, from which to enjoy ocean and mountain views. A private swimming pool is set into the balcony.
17 Geneva Upper has an open-plan kitchen that comes fully-equipped. The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a partially open-plan ensuite bathroom. This villa is ideal for guests that want to stay close to the trendy bars and restaurants along the Camps Bay strip. Street parking is available for guests that hire their own rental car.
Aquatic Penthouse
This Camps Bay-based penthouse is clean and modern. Aquatic Penthouse is a two-bedroom villa with breath-taking sea and mountain views. Inside the large open-plan living area is an L-shaped couch and a room-dividing gas fireplace. There is dining space for six guests around an elegant white table. The entire living and dining room space has beautiful sea views through the glass doors which open onto the patio. A fully equipped self-catering kitchen is also available for those who like to cook.
The two bedrooms both offer king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, as well as sea views and air-conditioning. Outside, the patio has a stunning swimming pool and sun loungers – perfect for catching a tan or enjoying the panoramic views of Camps Bay, Lion’s Head and the Atlantic Ocean.
Seasonsfind The Bay
This one-bedroom villa is modern, clean and minimalistic. It is situated at the northern end of Camps Bay, a short distance from the beach and from the ever-popular bars and restaurants along Victoria Road – Camps Bay’s main artery. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. It also has far-reaching sea views and access to the balcony.
The kitchen and living room is an open-plan space that has its own balcony overlooking Camps Bay beach. The furnished wooden deck with its gas barbeque invites you out into the fresh sea breeze where you can enjoy a perfect African sunset overlooking the ocean. This is the bigger of the two Seasonsfind villas – a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with what is probably the best view of Camps Bay beach anywhere in the suburb. The villa has a beautiful wooden deck with incredible views reaching from Lion’s Head, over the expansive Atlantic Ocean, around to the majestic Twelve Apostles mountain range. This is the ideal deck for a summer vacation.
Seasonsfind The Sunset is both modern and practical. Designed with the holiday visitor in mind, it has everything that you could want from a luxury vacation property. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room opens up onto the wooden deck. The two bedrooms are pristine and comfortable and guests can take advantage of the concierge service offered with this villa.
15 Views Penthouse
This one-bedroom penthouse has prime views of Camps Bay beach as it is located directly opposite the sandy strip. 15 Views Penthouse has a glass balcony that offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the bustling road below, which is the main hub of Camps Bay. The small villa has a very beachy feel to it, decorated in whites and various shades of blue.
The kitchen is on the left-hand side of the entrance and has a small breakfast bar that flows out onto the balcony. The dining area forms part of the lounge area to create an open-plan and airy room. A huge window serves as the backdrop to the bedroom, which offers morning views of the majestic Twelve Apostles mountain range.
