Ideal for a holiday any time of year, the villa has an open plan layout which lends itself perfectly to entertaining. The Scandinavian inspired interior is both practical and stylish, and outside, the garden is lush and home to many beautiful indigenous plants.

As you enter, you walk through a small entrance hall into the main lounge, which has a library and reading corner as well as comfortable couches and a wood-burning fireplace. On the other side of the book shelf is a kitchen which is equipped with all the essentials, including a separate scullery. Both the lounge and kitchen have arches the lead into the dining area, with a second fireplace and seating for up to 8 guests.

Each of the four bedrooms is spacious and light and all enjoy views of the garden or mountain. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a free standing Victorian bath tub. The second bedroom has bunk beds, ideal for children, and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom. In the third bedroom is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a Queen-size, four-poster bed as well as a small TV lounge area.

Outside there is dining for 8 guests, a swimming pool, spacious garden and a BBQ. This is the perfect space for children to explore and play.

During the day you can walk to one of the nearby parks, or eat at the popular Deer Park Café. The Table Mountain Cableway, V&A Waterfront and Clifton Beaches are also close by.
