Sliding doors lead outside onto a spacious balcony with comfortable patio furniture and views of the marina and waterways. Leading off from the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with electric HOB, breakfast bar, dishwasher and laundry facilities.

All three bedrooms enjoy sea or mountain views and enjoy air conditioning and underfloor heating. The master has a King-size bed, en-suite with bath and shower and doors onto the balcony. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds, which can be converted to a King-size bed. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite with a shower.

Located in the Waterfront Marina, it is easy to explore popular tourist attractions like Table Mountain or visit the popular Clifton beaches. Near to all the major highways, you could also travel to the Stellenbosch Wine Route or visit the market in Hout Bay.
