Surrounded by a lush indigenous garden, with views of the ocean and surrounding mountain ranges, the villa is picturesque and serene.

The main living area is lovely and bright, with vaulted ceilings and doors leading onto the pool deck. On one end of the room is a large TV lounge, with a gas fireplace and large couches, while on the other side is formal dining for six guests. Archways lead through to a family sized kitchen with informal dining.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, open plan en-suite and outdoor access onto the pool deck. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third has a double bed; these rooms both enjoy outdoor access and share a bathroom.

Outside is a lovely covered patio which wraps around the corner of the house, providing a great place for sundowners or dining al fresco. There is also a built-in BBQ, comfortable lounge furniture and a large pool deck with sun loungers.

Some nearby activities include the popular weekend market, sunbathing on Llandudno Beach, walking along the Camps Bay strip or tasting some local wine along the Constantia Wine Route.
