On the entrance level double doors open on to a comfortably furnished patio that is ideal for soaking in the perfect view of Lion’s Head and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. All three rooms have large windows for enjoying the incredible view that stretches out over the city to the ocean and mountains beyond. There are doors leading on to balconies allowing for fresh air to circulate throughout and ceiling fans in all the living rooms.

The kitchen is a wonderful space for enjoying meal preparation together and is equipped with excellent appliances. There is a separate scullery.

Both levels have guest toilets and there is a separate laundry room on the lower level.
