Laid out over two storeys the villa has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, creating light and spacious rooms, as well as a spacious garden that is ideal for children.

On the ground floor is a cottage style kitchen, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a dishwasher, a large counter with plenty of prep space and a breakfast bar that seats five. This is open plan to a dining area with seating for 6 guests and relaxing lounge. Doors lead outside into the beautiful garden with outdoor dining under the trees.

Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the first has a double bed, the second and third rooms have twin beds and each is en-suite and the fourth room has two sets of bunk beds. The first and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. The master suite is located upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs is a second lounge area, as well as a small desk and the walls are lined with bookshelves filled with all kinds of books. Next to the lounge is a pool table and doors which lead out onto the covered patio.

Outside on the covered patio is outdoor dining for 8 guests, a patio lounge and a built-in BBQ. This is the best place to sit and take in the spectacular views of the mountains and ocean.

There are two beaches within 5 minutes walking distance as well as the famous cliff paths, popular with whale watchers, or for a different experience, take a short drive to the Hemel en Aarde valley, which hosts a collection of top vineyards and restaurants.
