Located in the heart of Franschhoek, nestled between trees and a small vineyard but still being within walking distance from the main street, this is a haven. With a large swimming pool, relaxing sun loungers and stunning mountain views, it is easy to while away the day outside.

Inside the large open plan living and dining area is designed to bring everyone together. There are two lounge areas, one with comfortable couches where you can sit and read or enjoy the views and a second TV area where you can curl up and enjoy a good film. At one end of the room is a large open plan kitchen with 3 ovens and 2 stoves (1 gas and 1 electric) as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 3. At the other end of the room is a wood-burning fireplace, great for heating up the room in winter. A covered patio has dining for 8 guests and a built-in braai area. This may be closed off with concertina doors, or opened up onto the pool area.

The main bedroom has a King-size bed, underfloor heating, fireplace, French doors onto a private verandah and a walk-in dressing room which leads to a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is ideal for children or young adults, it has bunk beds and a single bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with tub. Upstairs in the eaves of the roof is a rather special room, it has twin beds (easily converted to a King on request) with a skylight so you can gaze at the stars from the bed. A bathtub is situated in the room with a basin and a guest bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs.
