This exquisite villa is laid out over three levels; it offers luxurious living areas, spacious bedrooms, panoramic sea and mountain views and an exceptional art collection.

On the ground level is a study and two bedrooms as well as a gym. Both of these rooms have open plan bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling views of the sea. Inside the gym, there is a massage table for in-house treatments, which can be arranged upon request.

The middle level comprises of a drinks bar, a TV lounge, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a dining room and a second lounge. Foldaway glass doors open up onto a lovely patio.

Outside there is a sunny pool deck, with an infinity pool, loungers, a BBQ, fire pit, patio lounge, dining for 10 and of course, beautiful ocean views. When not exploring Cape Town, this is the place to be, particularly on warm sunny days.
