Hidden away among lush vegetation is this stunning bungalow, waiting to be explored. Set over three levels, this modern villa has been carefully designed as both an entertainers dream and a relaxing retreat.
The main level comprises of an immaculate and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for 6 and a TV lounge with a magnificent fireplace. There are also sliding doors which open onto a patio and pool area that boasts breath-taking ocean views as well as private beach access. Also on the main level are two bedrooms, located at the back of the villa.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom has a three-quarter bed and bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms open onto a small courtyard with an outdoor shower.
Downstairs, light streams into a large entertainment room through swimming pool windows. This room is a teenagers dream; with a large TV, comfortable bean bags and a daybed.
Finally, located on the first floor is the master suite. It has a king size bed, open plan en-suite featuring a Victorian bath and doors which open onto a private balcony with spectacular ocean views.
