Set over 6 levels against the mountain, the first and lowest floor has 4 garages and the main entrance to the villa. One level up is an optional 6th bedroom, with a separate entrance making it ideal for anyone who enjoys their privacy.

The third level is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Here you will find a table tennis and pool table, a lounge area, a drinks bar, private cinema room with seating for 12 guests, a steam room, a sauna and a gym. There is also an en-suite bedroom on this floor.

Level four contains the remaining four bedrooms which are all en-suite and offer breath-taking sea and mountain views. The master bedroom has an outdoor bath which overlooks Clifton Beach. A pyjama lounge is also located on this floor, ideal for late night movies or catching up after a long day of exploring.

Level five is the main living and dining area and consists of a modern kitchen that is kitted out with top of the range appliances, a breakfast alcove, formal dining for 8 guests and a bar area. There is also a formal lounge which opens onto the pool area and garden, as well as a special family room which boasts a glass floor that enables you to see the pool below.

Outside is further dining and comfortable seating, a pizza oven, swimming pool, a garden fireplace and a Boma.

Finally on the top floor you will find a study and a studio, suitable for anyone who may need to check into work or wants to do some quiet reading while on holiday.

The beach is only a 5 minute drive, as is the Camps Bay strip which has numerous high-end bars and restaurants to visit.
