This villa displays classic elegance, from its external features such as the beautiful sash windows to the marble deck outside. This continues inside, with top quality pieces featured throughout, nothing has been overlooked.

The living and dining area consists of a modern self-catering kitchen, formal dining for 10 guests and a lovely TV lounge with a gas fireplace and comfortable couches. From the dining room there are doors leading out onto the terrace.

In the conservatory are two luxurious leather recliners set below a glass skylight, great for relaxing and reading a book or the newspaper. This is also a nice quiet room for anyone who needs to attend to business while away.

Of the four bedrooms, four have King-size beds, while the fifth has bunk beds and the sixth has twin beds. Each room overlooks the garden or ocean, offering breath-taking views.

There are outdoor relaxation areas located on multiple levels. A Jacuzzi deck overlooking the sea front provides the perfect place to watch the sunset. On either side of the Jacuzzi, are bar stools, as well as some sun loungers. On the same level there is also a built-in BBQ, patio lounge and dining for 10 guests. Opposite the Jacuzzi, down a few stairs, is a large heated swimming pool and garden area with additional sun loungers.
