When rented separately the apartment is private and doesn’t have access to the villa pool or garden area. When rented together the apartment will have a key with access to the villa grounds. There are 8 bedrooms, 7 of which have en-suite bathrooms and 1 with no bathroom. There are two half bathrooms with toilet and sink.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor, all of which are fitted with air-conditioning and heaters.
