This villa is the epitome of classic elegance, with quality furnishings and careful attention to detail present in every room.

As you enter, you walk into a grand entrance hall with archways on either side. Through one arch is a formal dining room with an antique dining table and comfortable seating for 12 guests. The main living room leads off from the dining room and has inviting couches. Both rooms have fireplaces and foldaway doors which open onto the patio and garden.

On the other side of the entrance hall is a large kitchen that any cook would love, fully equipped with Miele appliances. In the middle are two islands, one with bar stools on one side and the second without. On the far side of the kitchen is a breakfast nook with views of the garden. Leading off from the kitchen is a separate scullery and a TV lounge, which can be closed off from the kitchen.

Upstairs are the four en-suite bedrooms; the master suite has a King-size bed and a balcony with sea and mountain views, the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and overlooks the garden, the third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed. These last two rooms both enjoy sea and mountain views.

Outside is a lovely covered patio with lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing on warmer evenings. For outdoor dining there is a BBQ available and seating for 10 guests. The manicured garden is great for children to run around and play, and those who want to cool off can take a dip in the pool.

Whether you are relaxing indoors with a good book, sun bathing in the garden or dining with friends there is almost no reason to ever leave the villa, except perhaps to experience Cape Town’s white sandy beaches or the views from the Cableway, both of which are within a short drive.
