The villa may be rented as a whole or as 3 separate apartments; the ground floor apartment, the studio and the penthouse.

On the ground floor of the villa are two bedrooms, the first has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing room, TV and doors which lead out to the garden. The second bedroom also offers a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and doors which leads out to the garden. The designer kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with Miele and Bosch appliances.
