Chic and sophisticated, each room has been furnished with quality pieces that are both stylish and comfortable.

Laid out over three storeys, the villa consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and a penthouse with 2 bedrooms, making it perfect for two families travelling together, or large groups of friends.

There are two fully equipped kitchens, one in the main house which has a separate scullery and the second is in the penthouse. The kitchen in the penthouse has a breakfast bar and is open plan to the dining area. The main dining area seats 8 guests and the dining area in the penthouse seats 6.

The living areas contain comfortable couches and chairs so that you can relax and enjoy a good movie, or simply catch up with friends. Both of the TV lounges have gas fireplaces, to keep them warm and inviting during winter months.

All five of the bedrooms are lovely and spacious with King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. You are also sure to enjoy some of the extraordinary views from each room.

Outside there is dining for 12 guests, a built-in BBQ, patio lounge furniture and sun loungers for soaking up the sun. A large swimming pool is great for cooling off on warm summer days.

For those who enjoy sightseeing, there are hop-on-hop-off tour buses which frequent the area and the city centre is only 15 minutes away. The Camps Bay beachfront is one of the most popular beaches along the Atlantic Seaboard, and across the road from the beach are a number of great restaurants and boutiques to visit.
