The contemporary design theme is carried through to the kitchen and dining area, where floating shelves are used for functionality and to display colourful items. While the dining table is surrounded by ten lovely mismatched chairs.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler and large gas stove. There is a separate scullery with laundry facilities.
Leading off from the kitchen, is a large lounge area, with a unique semi-circle couch, a large TV and a BOSE sound system. There is outdoor access on both sides, with sea views on one and mountain views on the other. A separate study is also available.

Each of the bedrooms has been decorated with its own theme, from monochromatic to a bright 60’s inspired room, they are all welcoming and comfortable. The master suite has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony access with sea views and a sitting area with a fireplace. The second bedroom has a King-size bed, balcony access with sea views and shares the family bathroom. Bedrooms three and four also have King-size beds and share the family bathroom, while the fifth bedroom has an en-suite. All beds can be changed into twin beds upon request.

Outside is a round dining table with seating for 8 guests, a splash pool, a small garden area and a wood-fired BBQ. On the first floor balcony are comfortable chairs, ideal for sitting and reading a book or marvelling at the views.

Perfect for the whole family, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind or simply grab a book and spend some time on the beach.
