En-suite to main bedroom. Spacious bathroom with neutral tiling, glass and marble. There is a large shower with glass doors, bath, toilet, single basin, heated towel rail and fan.

En-suite to bedroom 2. Smaller bathroom with neutral finishes. There is a shower, toilet, basin and fan.

 

Other Rooms

The large lounge and dining area is open-plan and leads onto the wrap-around balcony. The living areas are chic with rich finishes, including plenty of dark timber, cushy white carpets and shiny marble floor.

The dining area consists of an 8-seater table. The lounge has a leather sofa, armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player and VHS. The rooms are all air-conditioned.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is streamlined and bright and leads off the dining area. It is finished with wood veneer cabinets, black granite surfaces and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

 

Outside

The large wrap-around balcony is tiled and lined with flower beds. It offers modern braai/barbeque facilities, dark wicker furniture and superb views of the waterways and yacht basin.

A small private patio leads off bedroom 2 and has simple outdoor furniture and stone paving.
