Fernwood Villa is an exceptionally spacious holiday house designed to easily accommodate 10 people. Set in an acre of grounds with beautiful gardens and views of Table Mountain, the villa offers guests a luxurious and memorable Cape Town holiday.
Formally a European Embassy, the property is designed for relaxation and entertaining. It offers many large reception rooms, including a spacious sitting room, a dining room for large dinner parties, a games room (with pool table and table football), a television room (with satellite TV and DVD) and a private bar which opens onto a stunning terrace. At the heart of the house there is a large hand crafted kitchen and a spacious, bright, family room overlooking the Pool Garden.
The huge outside spaces feature a heated swimming pool, flood-lit tennis court and landscaped garden.
Five comfortable bedrooms occupy the upstairs, all with a personal feel and views over the front or back garden.
Fernwood Villa is centrally located in leafy Newlands, 10 minutes drive from the city centre or the nearby shopping mecca of Claremont, and a short walk from South Africa's International Cricket and Rugby stadiums, the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the back slopes of Table Mountain.
