Location

Situated overlooking the Mouille Point boulevard, halfway between Clifton beach and the V & A Waterfront, with a 5-minute drive in either direction.

Bedrooms (3)

Bedroom 1

Decorated in the same colonial style as the rest of the apartment, the spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed, a soft fitted carpet, ample built-in wardrobes, a desk, an armchair and a television. It is equipped with air conditioning and it opens through sliding glass doors onto an outdoor tiled patio. The bathroom is en-suite.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom is furnished with twin single beds, a fitted carpet and built-in wardrobes. It also features air conditioning and a television. The room overlooks a grassy field where people come to ride their horses, above which a lovely view of Lions Head mountain and the Twelve Apostles mountain range can be enjoyed.

Bedroom 3

Situated adjacent to bedroom 2, this room also features twin single beds, built-in wardrobes, a fitted carpet floor and air conditioning. From the window a view of the magnificent Twelve Apostles can be seen.

Bathroom 1

En-suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom contains a large shower, a bath, a double vanity and a separate toilet and bidet.

Bathroom 2

This separate bathroom, which is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3, contains a shower, a basin, a bath and a toilet. Both the floor and walls are tiled.

Other Rooms

The living area , consisting of the kitchen, lounge and dining room, is spacious and open-plan, with a tiled floor. The dining area features a polished teak table surrounded by six comfortable upholstered chairs. The walls of the lounge are adorned with traditional African paintings and it is furnished with two leather sofas and an arm chair. It has a soft carpet on the floor, upon which rests a glass-topped teak coffee table and along one side of the room is a glass and timber cabinet containing a flat-screen satellite television with a DVD player.

Fine, white linen is supplied.

Kitchen

The galley-style kitchen is equipped with everything needed by the common cook, including an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge/freezer, a coffee plunger and ample cupboard space. A separate room, which leads off from the kitchen, contains a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Outside

Sliding glass doors open from the lounge area onto a tiled patio overlooking a grassy common, beyond which one can view an unobstructed view of the ocean extending to Robben Island in the distance. The patio is furnished with two sun loungers, two arm chairs and a six-seater round wooden table.

Security

This accommodation is located in a highly secure apartment block which can only be accessed with a resident's access card. In addition, there is a 24 hour security guard at the entrance, and a sophisticated alarm system as well as a video intercom inside each apartment.
