Sliding glass doors open onto a small private balcony with amazing views. A remarkable bridge-like passageway, leads to the en-suite bathroom.

This fresh second bedroom has twin single beds, fitted carpets, built-in timber wardrobes, dark wood finishes and a ceiling fan. A charming sash window with heavy shutters faces onto the quiet street.
En-suite main bedroom with quarry-tiled floor, timber cabinets, travertine surfaces and white sanitary ware. There is a bath, separate shower and double basin. A tiny separate room contains the toilet and a heated towel rail.

A sunny timber pool deck leads off the living area, with a stylishly narrow heated pool edged with stonework. Furnished with a large outdoor table and a canvas awning which can be folded down for shade or rain protection, it has spectacular views of the harbour and the neighbourhood.

There is a small pebbled courtyard accessible from the kitchen.
