Bedrooms (3)

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and is en-suite with a bath, shower and toilet. In addition it leads onto a shared sea-facing balcony. The room is decorated in light, airy colours, with side tables, a dressing table and TV. There is underfloor heating and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a double bed and leads onto a small balcony which it shares with the master bedroom. It is also light and airy in appealing shades of cream, beige, white and light blue, and has underfloor heating. It shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom features twin beds and has partial sea and mountain views. In addition, it shares a bathroom with the second bedroom and has underfloor heating. The room is decorated in light beige and cream shades and is ideal for children.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and has a toilet, bath, shower and basin, and is decorated in light shades of grey and white.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom or 'family' bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms and has a toilet, shower, bath and basin.

Guest Bathroom

The guest toilet is near the living room.

Other Rooms

The spacious living room is decorated in light airy shades of cream and beige and is tiled with a carpet. It flows out onto the expansive pool deck and is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. In addition it features a number of light-coloured couches, a coffee table, cabinet, TV, DVD player and entertainment system.

The dining area is adjacent to the lounge and offers seating for 6.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It leads onto the spacious open-plan living areas. It is decorated in shades of cream and beige.

Outside

With exteriors at approximately 200sqm, the expansive pool deck is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a sundowner. Leading out from the lounge is the pool deck with a 9.5m long swimming pool. In addition there is outdoor dining with table and chairs for 5 guests, 4 relaxing loungers and a brick Barbecue.
