Owner's Villa is located in Tamboerskloof, a quaint and trendy suburb close to the Cape Town centre, and just a short drive to the long white sandy beaches of Camps Bay.
This villa serves as a presidential suite to the nearby Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel, and its emphasis is on privacy, comfort and luxury. Decorated in rich fabrics and textures, the villa incorporates a classic old-world style with the trendy cafe scene.
The villa includes a sumptuously designed open-plan lounge with simplistic yet plush seating, a dining area and a full service modern kitchen. This flows through the wide double framed doors onto a private outdoor wooden deck where loungers lie around a slate and mosaic plunge pool.

Bedroom 1
The en-suite bedroom is beautifully decorated in white and stone colours, with a striking hessian-styled headboard above the queen-sized bed. It features a large dark wood cupboard and matching side tables, as well as a storage ottoman at the foot of the bed. The bathtub is integrated into the room, and is separate from the en-suite rectangular bathroom. Natural light flows in during the day from the large window which makes the room bright and airy.
The room also has a flat-screen TV and DVD player, electronic safe and a remote controlled air-conditioner.

This is an en-suite bathroom with a difference. The bathtub is situated within the bedroom and shielded by thin flowing gossamer curtains and a partially glazed glass divider, which also separates the tub from the shower. Double French doors lead into a rectangular bathroom with twin crete-stone vanities, a toilet and the modern glass and stone shower.
Other Rooms
The lounge has polished wooden floors with a large coir mat and sleek dark wood coffee table. The 3-seater plush couch and matching ottomans are covered in a burgendy velvet, which is matched by two sand-coloured chairs, and a relaxing cream sofa-chair. Stylish, streamlined and comfortable, the lounge flows from the kitchen out onto the wooden pool deck.
Kitchen
The elegant black and white kitchen is set on polished cement floors and evokes a minimalist ambience. The cupboards and the centre worktop are black with white countertops and brushed stainless steel finishes. The kitchen is serviced by a connecting hatch, which is where breakfast and the morning paper is delivered.
Outside
There is an intimate wooden pool deck and plunge pool.
In addition, there is a cosy Jacuzzi, perfect for sundowners in the early evening. For those keen on cooking up a storm, a gas barbecue is also available.
