Villa Silva invites you to experience an exceptional level of luxury and comfort in the famous seaside suburb of Camps Bay. The street level, top floor features two mirror-image open plan dining/living rooms and kitchens. Large sliding glass doors allow for a magical flow onto wide verandas offering sultry panoramic views across the ocean and dramatic mountain peaks. There are sturdy outdoor dining tables on each unit's top veranda for luxurious al fresco entertaining. One storey down, there are six elegant bedrooms (3 in each unit). Four bedrooms are sea-facing and open onto a wide wrap-around veranda. The left-hand unit's veranda features a modern rim flow pool, comfortable deck furniture and a barbeque. The other two bedrooms look onto side patios and have partial sea views. For film crews, there is a large fan ventilated dark room in each unit suitable for storage of camera equipment, dress rails and props. Descending to the third level both units have an intimate living room with casual dining table and a comfortable lounge/TV area.
