Villa Pelargonia is the large penthouse of a newly built villa. It is situated high on the mountain side of Camps Bay, boasting unobstructed sea and mountain views, allowing you to easily absorb the raw beauty of the surrounding areas.
With Pelargonium plants lining the short stairway to the front door, your olfactory sensors are tickled with the sweet smell of flowers mixed with the Camps Bay air, which combines sea and mountain freshness.
Stepping into the villa you get a wonderful feeling of space enhanced by the panoramic view of the ocean and mountains. Every little detail has been lovingly attended to, from the painting of the blue Zebras on the wall down to the unique African statues thoughtfully placed around the villa.
The open plan kitchen flows into the dining room, mini bar area and over to the lounge. The lounge opens onto the terrace which boasts a 4 seater Jacuzzi. For cooler evenings the fireplace in the lounge creates a cosy atmosphere.
