Location

This property is located just off Kloof Nek Road, giving it the prime position of being just a 2-minute drive from Camps Bay beach and a 5-minute drive into the centre of town.

Located on the lower level of the house, the spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a soft stone-coloured fitted carpet, a safe, a music system, a flat-screen TV, and walk-in wardrobes. It also has a small lounge area containing two suede sofas and an ottoman. Its colour scheme is predominantly white, interspersed with shades of chocolate and mint-green. This bedroom opens on two sides through sliding glass doors onto the lawn-covered pool patio and has a constant supply of golden sunlight and fresh air.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom, which is decorated in shades of pale blue and teal, is also located on the lower floor of the house. It features a soft fitted carpet, a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes and a flat-screen TV, and it opens through sliding doors onto the outdoor patio. The bathroom is en-suite.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom is decorated in shades of red and green and contains twin single beds, a soft fitted carpet, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite open-plan bathroom. It is located on the lower level of the house and opens through sliding glass doors onto the outside patio.

Located adjacent to bedroom 5, this spacious room features a queen size bed, a fitted carpet, two suede armchairs, built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen television and a safe. Its bathroom is en-suite and it opens through sliding glass doors onto the wraparound balcony, from where a lovely view of the ocean can be enjoyed.

Bedroom 7

This bedroom is located in a separate apartment to the rest of the house and features a queen-size bed, a tiled floor, two armchairs, ample built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. Decorated in shades of fiery reds and oranges, this room also features a small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and microwave oven. It is ideal for a couple who might want to be slightly separate from the rest of the house.

Kitchen

The large, galley-style kitchen is extremely spacious, light and airy. It is fully equipped and receives plenty of golden sunlight during the afternoon, making it the ideal place to whip up meals for large groups of guests. It features a pleasant combination of polished marble countertops and pale, bleached teak cupboards and it contains a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a stove. A small scullery leads off from the main kitchen and contains a washing-up area, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer,

Outside

On the upper level of the property, the entire living area, as well as the two bedrooms, opens through sliding glass doors onto the wraparound balcony, from where stunning sea and mountain views can be enjoyed. This balcony overlooks the garden patio below and is furnished with an 8-seater teak table, a kettle-braai/barbeque and a couple of sun loungers.
On the lower level, all the bedrooms open onto a grassy outdoor patio with a deep, blue swimming pool and a Swedish sauna, where one can relax after a long day.

Serviced Monday-Saturday, except for public holidays.
