Set high above the street level, the patio offers complete privacy and is ideal for alfresco lunches, sunbathing and sipping on cocktails while the sun sinks below the horizon. The plunge pool is a great alternative to the cool waters of the nearby Atlantic.

There is garage parking for 2 cars with direct access to the apartment. It is secured with an alarm and an armed response service on 24hr call.

The nearby Camps Bay promenade attracts holidaymakers and locals alike with its array of pavement cafes and trendy nightlife. The famous beaches of Clifton are within easy walking distance, and the Waterfront and bustle of the city centre are a short drive away.
