Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated in creams and neutral colours, with a unique wooden king-sized bed, bedside tables, dresser and chairs. It is situated on the ground floor and has access onto the quiet and charming pool patio. In addition, the master bedroom has a specially designed en-suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, underfloor heating and a satellite TV.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and is beautifully decorated in hues of cream and beige. It features a queen-size bed with dark-wood headboard and matching bedside tables and reading lamps. The cupboards are concealed by floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and the room also leads onto the courtyard with its table and chairs. It has an en-suite bathroom and underfloor heating.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is also located on the ground floor and leads onto the courtyard with table and chairs. It features twin beds with soft white linens and cream throws, and which share a bedside table and a reading lamp. The bedroom has a separate bathroom nearby and has underfloor heating.

Bedroom 4

The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance through the garden, and is more private than the other three bedrooms. It has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as well as a small kitchenette for complete lock-up-and-go convenience.

Bedroom 5

This bedroom is located upstairs and is comprised of comfortable twin beds and cosy underfloor heating. The room has lovely mountain and sea views.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is stylishly decorated in neutral tones and is en-suite to the master bedroom with views of the Twelve Apostles. It features a free-standing white bath, shower, toilet and twin vanities with cupboards and large mirrors.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is en-suite to the second bedroom and is decorated in neutral tones. It has a shower, vanity and toilet.

Bathroom 3

The third bathroom is separate but which serves the third bedroom. It is decorated in neutral tones and has a shower over bath, vanity and toilet.

Bathroom 4

The fourth bathroom is en-suite to the fourth bedroom and is decorated in neutral tones with a shower, vanity and toilet.

Guest Bathroom

The guest toilet is located near the living areas.

Other Rooms

The lounge is situated upstairs and flows to the dining room and the stylish kitchen. The wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and create a wonderful feeling of space, as well as offering beautiful sea and mountain views. The lounge suite is cream-coloured and comfortable, and is the ideal place to relax and read.

The dining area flows from the lounge and kitchen and also has floor-to-ceiling windows. The solid wood table is framed by eight slip-covered dining chairs and three stylish hanging lights create a wonderful ambience. Both the dining area and the lounge open onto a large wooden deck with a small, heated plunge pool on the ocean side of the house.

The ground floor boasts a spacious entertainment TV lounge which is fitted with a plasma screen, HiFi, PVR decoder as well as a kitchenette and bar area. The corner balcony leads onto a small garden.

Kitchen

The stylish and modern kitchen is fully equipped and circular in design and connects with the lounge and dining area via a stainless steel bridge. It has a cooking a breakfast bar in the centre and has light wood, cream and stainless steel finishes.

Outside

The wide expansive wooden deck wraps around the upper level of the house and offers beautiful views of the Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean. Sundowner Villa also has a small heated plunge pool set in the deck and outdoor dining for 6.

The downstairs courtyard garden features a larger heated swimming pool and a water feature with two loungers and a gas barbecue for lazy, outdoor dining.
