Situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac just a couple of roads back from Camps Bay beach, the elegant Sky Views villa offers the best combination of features that a Cape Town home has to offer: privacy, spaciousness and proximity to the beach. The additional benefits of a lush garden and phenomenal sea and mountain views make this villa the ideal accommodation for any traveller wishing to experience beachside living at its most stylish and convenient.
Although this double-storey villa is located only a short stroll from the bustling Camps bay promenade, it exudes a sense of peace and serenity rare in many homes in the area. This sensation is due not only to the villas location on a quiet cul-de-sac, but also to the design of the property, which includes a shaded garden area and a deep-blue koi pond.
The villa itself is spacious and welcoming, with a lovely natural indoor-outdoor flow created by large sliding doors which lead from the open-plan living area to the outside patio. From here one can enjoy the phenomenal unobstructed view of Lions Head mountain looming over you straight ahead and, to the left through a border of palm fronds, one can glimpse the majestic curve of Camps Bay beach where it meets the frothy waves breaking on the shore.
Tastefully designed, with its combination of elegant furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances, Sky Views villa caters for a variety of clientele. This villa is the ideal accommodation for a group of young people travelling together wishing to experience the Cape Town day-and-night-life, an older group of friends wanting to explore the sights of the Mother City, or a family needing to relax and spend quality time together in a beautiful, peaceful setting.
