Seagulls View is an uncomplicated yet sophisticated holiday apartment ideal for a small family or group of friends. Built over 3 storeys in a definitive Camps Bay complex, the highlight of this property is the dramatic 360 degree sea and mountain view from the roof deck where barbeque facilities, outdoor furniture and a small kitchenette allow for luxurious alfresco entertaining.
The 2 spacious main bedrooms and open-plan living areas all lead onto sea facing balconies with outdoor furniture and serene sea views. Although the apartment is part of a complex, the balconies are positioned in such a way to provide complete privacy and a sense of exclusivity. There is also a small bedroom adjoining the open plan living area, which is perfect for a single person. Pure white American shutters evoke a beach house feeling, yet the decor is bright, modern and minimalist with high quality fittings and furniture throughout to ensure a pervading sense of luxury.
There are two swimming pools in the complex which are available to all guests. There is good security with electronic access control.
