The master bedroom, on the middle floor, has a king-size bed with brightly patterned linen, white built-in cupboards and soft beige carpets. Glass sliding doors lead onto the balcony with full sea views. There is an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom on the middle floor has twin beds with soft beige carpets and built-in cupboards. Glass sliding doors lead onto the balcony with full sea views.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is on the entrance level and has a single bed, a wooden side table and bright simple decor.

Bright modern bathroom with light tiling, pure white bath, raised modern basin, toilet, large mirror and vanity cupboard.

Other Rooms

The open plan dining area has a rectangular 6 seater white dining suite and looks out to the sea.

The open plan lounge area has comfortable modern sofas, low coffee table and wood cabinet with satellite TV. This area leads out through glass doors onto a balcony with superb sea views.

Kitchen

The compact, modern kitchen in La Plantacion is bright and fresh and equipped with a microwave oven, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Outside

La Plantacion has a balcony with outdoor furniture and unrestricted views over Camps Bay leading off the open plan living area on entrance level. The second balcony has excellent sea views and leads off both bedrooms on the middle floor.

On the top floor is a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a barbeque and full views of the sea and mountains.

There is a small laundry area on the top level with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 pools in the complex for use by the residents.
