The lower level has a spacious modern bar area finished in dark polished wood with plenty of casual seats and a pool table. This opens out onto the mountain stream which flows alongside. There is a fully stocked wine cellar next to the bar. Upstairs is a comfortable, sound-proof cinema room with satellite TV and DVD library. There are two studies, one equipped with wireless internet, PC, printer and fax facilities. There is a fully equipped gym on this level.
Kitchen
Slick state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with top of the range Siemens appliances, stainless steel work surfaces and rosewood cabinets. There is also a walk in cold-room and separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside
Wide level lawns fringed by pine trees, with large infinity pool alongside a Koi fish pond. Partly covered patio, plenty of luxury outdoor furniture and built-in barbeque next to pool, overlooking the ocean. To the side of the Hollywood Mansion is a natural mountain stream running through the garden. Alongside this, and built around the trees, is a children's play area with jungle gym and swing. There are 9 separate balconies leading off the various interior living spaces and bedrooms upstairs.
