The queen-size bed looks out over the beautiful lush green garden, pool area and the wide open sea, allowing for breathtaking views and sunsets. The zebra-styled ottoman enhances the African theme. The plush fitted carpet has underfloor heating. There is a satellite TV, DVD player, music system, radio/alarm clock, phone and safe.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. There is underfloor heating, radio/alarm clock, hair dryer and phone.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The decor is soft African hues blended with crisp white linen. There is access through glass doors to the zen-style side garden. There is a radio/alarm clock and under floor heating.

Bathroom 1

En-suite to the master bedroom. This beautifully designed area can be open to the bedroom or closed off with frosted glass doors. There is a luxurious, free-standing stone bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and free standing double basins. The bathroom has heated towel rails, a hair dryer and underfloor heating.

Bathroom 2

This en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. It is equipped with heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

Bathroom 3

This en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet. Modern double basins, heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

A small bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet leads off the laundry room.

Other Rooms

The main lounge has huge windows on two sides giving views over the ocean, the garden and veranda areas. There is a fireplace for cosy winter evenings. The soft cream couches are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The free-flow entertaining area leads from the lounge onto the sheltered veranda. There is a music system and underfloor heating for cooler nights.

The small upper lounge has a desk, phone, music system and underfloor heating. There is an ADSL internet connection.

Kitchen

The open-plan, high quality modern kitchen leads off the main entertaining areas. There are glass doors leading to a small herb garden built around the natural rock. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining being fully equipped with the most modern appliances. There is a coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, music system and underfloor heating.

Outside

There is a large, outdoor lounge area with plenty of furniture for open air meals and relaxation. The lavender bushes in the well maintained garden give a soft fragrance to the air. The deep blue of the ocean and the high mountains create a striking backdrop to the garden. Broad steps lead through the garden down to the pool area. Here one can laze in complete privacy around the pool.
