The first thing that strikes you when arriving at Golden Bay Sunset is the phenomenal view of Camps Bay beach, without a doubt one of the most breathtaking in Cape Town. With the beach virtually on your doorstep, and the restaurants and nightclubs of Camps Bays main strip just a short stroll away, this immaculate apartment is the perfect residence for anyone wishing to experience Cape Town's beach side lifestyle at its very best.
Although not massive, Golden Bay Sunset offers everything a guest could wish for, including two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an open plan living area, kitchen, dining room and lounge, from which one has an unobstructed view of the expansive Atlantic Ocean. However, the best place in this apartment to spend ones time is undoubtedly the timber deck leading out from the lounge: it is here that one can sit and relax after a hard day sun-worshiping and enjoy a truly spectacular view ranging from the craggy Twelve Apostles mountain range in the south, across the cerulean Atlantic Ocean to the northern Lion's Head mountain.
The decor of the apartment is contemporary colonial, with clean, crisp decor revolving primarily around dark timber furniture and pure white linen, interspersed with smatterings of earth tones. Due to the property's convenient location right in the heart of the beach front strip, the sounds of volleyball tournaments, the breaking of the waves and the music from the restaurants and cafes will guarantee that anyone staying in this vibey apartment will experience the true local Camps Bay lifestyle.
Golden Sands Sunset is ideal for 2 couples or a small family seeking a perfectly chilled apartment base to enjoy the delights of Camps Bay, or to venture out and explore the tourist attractions, restaurants and night life of the Mother City.
This apartment can be linked to the one-bedroomed unit below, Golden Sands Bay, to provide accommodation for 6 people who want to be together, but have their own facilities.
