Bedroom 1 Extremely light, spacious and airy, with a colour scheme dominated by white interspersed with shades of mauve and silver, this is an exceptionally beautiful bedroom. It has a travertine-tiled floor; billowing, stone-coloured muslin curtains; a queen-size bed; a television; and a large, built-in wardrobe. Tall, glass sliding doors open onto a verandah with an incredible view of the ocean. Bedroom 2 Glen Beach Apartment 3's second bedroom, which has windows opening onto the balcony, also has beautiful sea views. It has a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and a large flat-screen television. Bedroom 3 Adorned in shades of green and white, this bedroom has soft cream-coloured carpeting, a queen-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, two armchairs and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 This bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) also has a carpeted floor, as well as a queen-size bed, generous wardrobe space, and full mountain views, with sea views to the west side. Like the other bedrooms, the room is primarily white, with smatterings of burnt oranges and reds. |

The floor of this area is covered in dark, solid teak floorboards, and it opens onto the timber deck through sliding glass doors. The sea view from this part of the house is truly awe-inspiring and there is a constant supply of gentle sunshine and fresh air. The polished teak dining table can seat 6 people and the adjacent cafe bar in the kitchen can seat an additional 3. The lounge contains a soft suede sofa, a suede ottoman, a flat-screen satellite TV, a low timber coffee table and a fireplace set in the wall. On the upper level there is another lounge with a large flat-screen television, a comfortable leather sofa, and a work-station. |

The kitchen displays a fabulous combination of polished teak countertops and frosted glass. There is a toaster, coffee machine, microwave-oven combo, oven, stove and kettle, with generous cupboard space. The shelves and cupboards are made from sturdy teak, and there is a cafe bar with a cream-coloured, Caesar-stone countertop at which one can sit and eat a quick snack. |

On the entrance level, the open-plan living area opens through sliding glass doors onto a timber deck with phenomenal sea views to the front, and mountain views to either side. Tall, louvered, timber shutters serve for afternoon sun control and there is a gas barbeque situated in one corner of the verandah. In addition, the lounge opens on the south side into a small graveled courtyard overlooking the ocean. On the lower level, the main bedroom leads out onto a sandstone-tiled verandah with a couple of comfortable sun-loungers; a parasol for shade; an 8-seater teak table; and a beautiful, rim-flow private pool, partly shaded by the overhanging foliage. As is the case in all three villas, the sea views from the terrace are spectacular, with the broad sweep of the Atlantic ocean extending into the distance as far as one's eye can see. |
