Cormorant Villa is a very comfortable 5-bedroom holiday home in Cape Towns famous seaside suburb, Camps Bay. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with superb elevated views across the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding peaks of Table Mountains, this immaculate villa has everything to ensure a relaxed luxury getaway.
The villa has a sophisticated yet tranquil feel with clean Colonial seaside decor and quality finishes throughout. Wonderful sea views and mesmerising sunsets can be enjoyed from the balconies on all three floors flowing out from the spacious indoor entertainment area and some of the bedrooms.
The villas ground floor has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an informal entertaining area with a large fully equipped bar, wine cellar and pool table. This area opens onto a wide paved patio with a swimming pool and excellent sea views. A double bedroom, formal lounge, separate dining room and large open plan kitchen can be found on the first floor, opening onto the second sun drenched balcony. The top floor offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small sitting room and another sea facing balcony with brilliant views.
Cormorant Villa is positioned for easy access to Camps Bays beach, restaurants and nightspots, while the city centre and V&A Waterfront are just a short drive away.
