This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa has the perfect location situated on a very quiet road and within easy walking distance to the beautiful Camps Bay beaches, local shops, bars and restaurants.
The ground level is the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, which leads out to the garden and private pool. This generosity of space for easy living continues throughout the house. The fantastic kitchen and utility areas superbly equipped make for easy entertaining.
All five bedrooms have their own bathrooms, with three of the bedrooms being on the top level, having outside terraces. The master bedroom is enormous within an equally huge bathroom area with separate shower and private balcony with lovely sea and mountain views.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are situated on the lower level.
For those who like media entertainment there are two 42″ plasma televisions with DVD and all channel satellite. Remotely controlled air conditioning is always available.
