Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is simply enormous, and its generosity of space extends to both the balcony and the en-suite bathroom. Like the other rooms located on the upper level, it features soft, stone-coloured carpeting, a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and a 42-inch plasma television with multi-channel satellite. It is equipped to provide comfort in all sorts of weather, with under floor heating and a small gas fireplace containing heated stones to warm you up on a winter night, as well as air conditioning to cool you down on a hot summer day. This exceptionally spacious bedroom is decorated in shades of cream and chocolate-brown, and it has its own lounge complete with two wicker sofas and a low teak coffee table. It opens through sliding glass doors onto a tiled deck with two sun loungers and a four-seater table from which spectacular views of the vast Atlantic can be enjoyed.

Bedroom 2

Located on the upper level of the villa, this bedroom has the same soft carpeted floor as the master bedroom, and has been decorated with white linen interspersed with splashes of autumn hues: red, ochre and vermillion. It features a queen size bed with a cushioned headboard, built-in wardrobes and under floor heating. This bedroom opens through sliding glass doors onto a tiled sunbathing terrace with magnificent views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. The bathroom is en-suite.

Bedroom 3

Virtually the same as bedroom 2 and located adjacent to it, this bedroom is also decorated with in an autumnal colour scheme. It features a fitted carpeted floor, built-in wardrobes, a queen size bed with cushioned headboard, and under floor heating. It opens onto the same balcony as bedroom 2 and enjoys the same beautiful mountain view. Like the other two bedrooms, its bathroom is en-suite.

Bedroom 4

Located on the lower level of the house, this bedroom takes up the whole of the bottom floor. It opens onto a brick-paved courtyard and it has its own kitchen (containing the basic essentials needed to whip up a quick snack) and laundry room. The bedroom itself is spacious, with twin single beds - although a king size bed can be made up on request - , a fitted carpet, built-in wardrobes and under floor heating. The bathroom is separate.

This spacious bathroom - which is en-suite and open-plan to the master bedroom - features tiled walls and floor, a large bath and shower, a long vanity and a separate toilet and basin.

Bathroom 2

En-suite to bedroom 2, this bathroom contains a spacious shower, a large vanity and a toilet.

Bathroom 3

En-suite to bedroom 3, this bathroom contains a spacious shower, a large vanity and a toilet.

Bathroom 4

This bathroom, located adjacent to bedroom 4, contains a large shower, a single vanity and a toilet.

Guest Bathroom

There is a guest toilet located just within the entrance to the house.

Other Rooms

Located on the ground level of the house, the open-plan lounge and dining area share the same double-volume ceiling height and shiny tiled floors with under floor heating. The spacious lounge is furnished with a roughly-hewn teak coffee table, a large stone-coloured sofa, an additional double-seater sofa and a large plasma television complete with DVD player and multi-channel satellite connection. There is also an air conditioning unit as well as a stainless steel gas fireplace containing white heated pebbles. The dining area features a glass-topped teak table surrounded by ten wicker chairs. From the living area, sliding glass doors framed by soft cream curtains open onto an outdoor patio with the same tiled floor as the interior of the house, thereby creating a sense of indoor-outdoor flow.
On the upper level of the house, adjacent to the master bedroom, is an open-plan office area with a work station and wireless internet connection.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is located on the ground level of the house and displays a fabulous combination of polished timber, frosted glass and Caesar-stone countertops. It features a 3-seater cafe bar, a gas stove with an overhanging stainless steel extractor fan, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven and ample cupboard space. The kitchen leads through to a pantry with an additional fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Outside

The living area opens onto a tiled patio featuring an 8-seater glass-topped teak table, four sun loungers and a gas barbeque. Beyond the tiled area is a lawn fringed by colourful flowerbeds, next to which is a timber deck with a heated four-metre long pool, from where wonderful views of the ocean can be enjoyed.

Staff

Serviced daily, except for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Security

There is a sophisticated alarm system throughout the house, as well as an intercom between the heavy steel gate and the front door, used for identifying visitors before granting them access to the house.

There is a private garage with space for 2 cars.
