This elegant double-storey townhouse style beach holiday villa is set on an elevated ridge just above the tiny secluded cove beach of Barley Bay, on the outskirts of Camps Bay.
The main living area is on the upper level, with the lounge and dining room opening onto the terrace with close-up views of the deep blue bay, edged by giant granite boulders and lush vegetation. The modern, galley-style kitchen and two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are also situated on this level. The pool and the private garden apartment are accessed via the terrace and down a flight of stairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and opens onto a small private garden. It is a short stroll from this holiday villa to the beach and the promenade playground of the Camps Bay beachfront.
The sweeping views are truly mesmerising and the terrace provides the perfect spot to sit in peace and watch the multicoloured sunset for which Camps Bay is renowned. Barley Bay Villa is the perfect beach holiday villa from which to enjoy days touring the Cape Peninsula or to while away the day on the beach.
