If you are looking for accommodation for a very large group, this holiday house can be expanded to accommodate up to 20 people by the addition of the small studio apartment below and the fabulous Blue Views Penthouse above, all within the same complex.

The spacious open-plan lounge is furnished with large sofas upholstered in cream and shades of stone. Sliding doors open onto the balcony and give views of the ocean. The sofas seat seven people, there's a large gas fireplace and the wooden floor is covered with a grass mat. The sandblasted timber dining table seats eight but can expand to ten by adding on an extra mobile table section. Chairs are wooden and fully upholstered in brown suede. The table is positioned next to the wall-length window with views of the ocean and rocks. There is a small TV room, open plan yet secluded from the main living area, and there is seating for four on comfortable chenille upholstered sofas in front of a TV with DVD and satellite. Adjacent to the TV area is a desk with a PC, fax machine, phone and eight separate safes. The sound system is found here. |

The kitchen is open plan to the living area and is simply and cleanly appointed with white cupboards and brushed aluminium. There is a bar counter top opening onto the dining area with 5 upholstered stools. The washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher are in a separate laundry. |

The main outside area of Blue Views Terrace is a bright white deck with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. There is a sparkling swimming pool with a simple water feature and four cushioned wooden loungers under a canvas sun umbrella for you to catch that tan! There are also two walled and shady courtyards down the side of the house. |

Blue Views Terrace is fully serviced Monday to Saturday during the high and peak season (except Christmas and New Years) and Monday to Friday in the low season. |
