This magnificent holiday apartment, Blue Views Penthouse l, featured in several design magazines, is an idyllic spot for a romantic seaside holiday. The sunsets here are famous for their amazing display of colour: as the sun sinks into the sea right in front of you and turns the sky and water to gold, you'll have a private front-row view from your pool deck high above the seaside village of Bakoven, adjacent to Camps Bay.

The furniture and fittings are all of the highest quality with a combination of natural and modernist accents, such as the juxtaposition of the rough marble fireplace with the retro chrome dining table.
If you are looking for accommodation for a larger group, you can also combine the penthouse with the small studio apartment or the spacious Blue Views Terrace, all of which are in the same area. Altogether, the property can accommodate up to 20 people. But if you choose to take the penthouse on its own, be assured that you'll have absolute privacy.

Bedroom 1
Blue Views Penthouse l has a spacious and dramatic main bedroom with a kingsize bed in front of a large dressing area. Sliding doors open onto a wraparound balcony and give views of the unmistakable profile of Lion's Head mountain peak. A glass bridge leads from the dressing area across the staircase to the en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has views onto the spectacular Twelve Apostles mountain range. It has a kingsize bed, underfloor heating and built in wardrobes.

A spacious and luxurious bathroom with a large, travertine tiled oval bath and double vanities. There is also a glass shower, heated towel rails and a toilet and bidet.

There is a guest toilet with toilet and washstand.
Other Rooms
The spacious open plan living area is furnished with large sofas upholstered in cream and shades of stone. The sliding doors open the room up to the wraparound balcony and give views of the ocean and the spectacular mountains around Camps Bay. The gas fireplace is surrounded by a wall of rough hewn marble, complementing the soft earthy tones of the upholstery. There is a television with satellite, DVD and surround sound, but you'll probably be too busy enjoying the wonderful view.
The dining area is open plan to the kitchen, and has sliding doors onto the plunge pool and views of the ocean and mountains. The retro chrome dining table has a glass top and is surrounded by four leather and chrome chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and has beech cupboards and stainless steel built in oven, microwave and a glass hob. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and a concealed double fridge/freezer. The bar counter opens onto the dining area.
Outside
The deck has fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. There is a sparkling plunge pool and two cushioned wooden loungers as well as two cushioned wooden chairs and a canvas sun umbrella. Just the place to catch that tan or watch the African sunset!

Single garage with automatic doors and direct access to the house plus off street parking for one more car.
